Practical guide

How to use ProcessPact

Pre-launch guidance suitable for review, with final screenshots and exact permission wording deferred until the tested BUILD candidate is approved.

Installation prerequisites

Use an authorized monday account with permission to install and configure the app. Final role and permission details must match the tested Marketplace candidate.

Permissions required

Review the final approved OAuth and account permissions before installation. This page intentionally avoids unverified scope claims.

Open ProcessPact

Open the app from its approved monday location after installation.

Select a board

Choose the board and process scope that contains the parent and immediate-child workflow to verify.

Create a Process Contract

Define required work, aliases, exceptions, protected parent stages and accepted terminal states.

Run a Process Integrity Scan

Select the approved contract version and start verification.

Review findings

Open definite and possible findings and compare expected with observed evidence.

Approve aliases and exceptions

Preserve reviewed decisions without changing historical observations.

Correct the board

Make the operational correction directly in monday.

Verify again

Run authorized reverification. Evidence, not a manual button, resolves a finding.

Activate protection

Save the approved contract when the current commercial state permits protection.

Understand Activity

Review immutable snapshots, human decisions, resolution and recurrence.

Understand Coverage and Protection Health

Check whether verification is fresh, delayed, paused, invalid or needs attention.

Previous-result access

Historical evidence remains available under the approved commercial model.

Trial, Evaluation, Free and Paid

Commercial states must match the final server-enforced Marketplace configuration.

Common errors

Check board access, configured columns and statuses, contract state and Protection Health guidance.
