FAQ
Questions, answered with precision.
What does ProcessPact do?
It independently verifies whether a monday process matches the approved Process Contract, preserves reviewed evidence, detects recurrence and shows whether protection remains reliable.
Does it replace monday automations?
No. Automations execute workflow actions. ProcessPact verifies whether the intended outcome actually exists.
Does it change my board?
Assurance operations are designed to be read-only. Users make corrections directly in monday.
What is a Process Contract?
A versioned definition of required work, matching rules, protected stages, accepted terminal states, aliases and exceptions.
What can ProcessPact check at launch?
Required Work and Completion Guard.
Can I review or challenge findings?
Yes. Findings can be confirmed, dismissed, linked to approved aliases or preserved as legitimate exceptions.
How does a finding become resolved?
A later authorized verification must prove the board now satisfies the Process Contract.
What happens if the issue returns?
The stable finding reopens and preserves its earlier history.
Will I lose reports after the trial?
Valid historical evidence remains accessible under the approved commercial model.
What is Protection Health?
It shows whether ProcessPact can currently evaluate a protected Process Contract reliably.
Does a clean scan guarantee a perfect board?
No. It means no definite issues were found within the configured Process Contract and supported scan scope.
Every process makes a promise.
